Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Here's my share for this week, a grilled pork tenderloin with buttered green beans


Ingredients

* 2 (1 pound) pork tenderloins
* 1 teaspoon garlic powder
* 1 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
* 1 cup barbecue sauce

Directions

1. Prepare grill for indirect heat.
2. Season meat with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
3. Lightly oil grate. Place tenderloin on grate, and position drip pan under meat. Cook over indirect heat for 30 minutes.
4. Brush tenderloin with barbecue sauce. Continue cooking for 15 minutes, or to desired doneness. Slice pork, and serve.

Wow, napakasarap naman nito, yummy yummy. Kaya lang bawal na bawal sa akin dahil sa hypertension ko, waaaaaah, lol. Hirap ako kapag nagluluto ako nang baboy para sa mga anak ko dahil bawal nga sa akin. Kaya ang ginagamit ko eh yung tenderloin (lomo) para walang taba. Isda at gulay lang ang kinakain ko para medyo humaba pa ang aking buhay, lol. Salamat sa yummy post mo, nagutom ako ah. God bless you all always.
