Apple Cinnamon Premium Muffin

I made some muffins a couple of weeks ago, and I forgot to post it. So, here you go! It was hubby's idea that I should make some muffins, he and Akesha likes eating it for breakfast and I don't....lol!

You Will Need:
15.3 oz box of Betty Crocker Fiber One: Apple Cinnamon Premium Muffin Mix,
2/3 Cup Milk,
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil,
2 Eggs.

1. Heat Oven to 425 F (Or 400 F For Dark Or Nonstick Pan). Place Paper Baking Cups In 12 Regular-Size Muffin Cups, Or Grease (Or Use Cooking Spray) Bottoms of Muffin Cups. (For Best Results, Use Paper Cups.)

2. Stir Muffin Mix, Milk, Oil and Eggs In Medium Bowl Just Until Blended (Batter May Be Lumpy). Divide Batter Among Muffin Cups (About 2/3 Full).

3. Bake 16 to 19 Minutes Or Until Golden Brown and Tops Spring Back When Touched. Cool 5 Minutes;

4. Carefully Remove from Pan (If Not Using Paper Cups, Run Knife Around Edges of Cups Before Removing). Cool Completely Before Storing. High Altitude (3500-6500 Ft): For Regular and No-Cholesterol Muffins, Add 1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour to Dry Mix; Bake 15-17 Min. For Mini Muffins, Do Not Add Flour;

Makes 48 Mini Muffins.
