Betty Crocker: Lemon - Poppy Seed

Moist and delicious, Betty Crocker muffins are home-baked treats that are quick and portable for families on the go. Whether your family enjoys muffins with breakfast or as a snack on the run, they will love the homemade goodness of Betty Crocker.
Directions
You will need: 1 cup water, 1 egg, 1/4 cup vegetable oil. Preheat oven to 425? (or 400? for dark or nonstick pan).

- Place paper baking cups in 12 regular-size muffin cups, or grease (or use cooking spray) bottoms of muffin cups.

- Stir muffin mix, water, oil and egg in medium bowl just until blended (batter may be lumpy).

-Divide batter among muffin cups (each about half full). Bake 14 to 19 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 5 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely before storing.

Well, the only muffin that I have tasted so far was Kenny Roger's. And I love their corn muffins :)
