There are many types of flowers which are edible and can be used to float in soups, add to salad greens or simply used as plate decoration. And one of these edible flowers is Hollyhock.
I saw this gorgeous pure white hollyhock at a farm where we picked strawberries. I haven't seen this kind of flowers before.

I haven't seen that flower either. It looks nice. Na lain raba ko basta makaon magtry jud ko. Pero talaw kos cinnamon da. Dili jud makaya sa akong power mora jud kog malipong if makakaon ko especially kong madaghanan.

Yeah, it seems like gourmet chefs are adding flowerettes to our salads nowadays to add more color. I don't know about the flavor, though coz I turn the flowerettes aside and not eat them.
