Churros

El Pollo Loco is one of my faves when it comes to chicken.I like their flame-grilled chicken a lot. Hubby went to El Pollo Loco the other day to grab something for dinner. He bought the current special that we like which is the 11 pieces of legs and thighs for $7.99. He also bought churros for me and Akesha. Have you ever had churros before?
Churro sometimes referred to as a Spanish doughnut, are fried-dough pastry-based snacks, sometimes made from potato dough, that originated in Spain. It is a fried pastry, typically eaten as a dessert and with chocolate beverage.

Churros in Spain are dipped in hot, thick chocolate and then eaten. We have those here in Dulcinea. But make sure after you wash your churros with the chocolate, you drink it too. He, he. How can you not?

Thanks for the yummy post. God bless you all always.
