Grilled T-Bone Steak

Here's what we had for dinner last night. T-bone steak anyone? Thanks to Grill Mates Peppercorn & Garlic Marinade. It's a savory blend of cracked black peppercorns, garlic and onion.
Grilling at home is cheaper. And I can guarantee that! Two pieces of T-bone steak for $9.26 and a pack of marinade mix for less than a dollar.

1 package Grill Mates Peppercorn & Garlic Marinade
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup vegetable or olive oil
2 tablespoons white vinegar or red wine vinegar
2 pounds beef*, pork or lamb

1. Combine Marinade Mix with water, oil and vinegar in glass dish or large plastic bag.
2. Add meat, turning to coat all sides. Marinate in refrigerator 15 minutes, or longer for extra flavor.
3. Grill, broil or bake until done, basting with remaining marinade halfway through cooking, if desired. Discard any leftover marinade.

* Best with strip, ribeye, sirloin or flank steak.

Love those marinade package. We had Kabobs so easy on the grill. Steak is a big thing at this house.. We do not have it much.

Fave ko yan Dhemz, steak! You're right, it's a real saver to grill your own. Enjoy pa ang family sa grilling time.

It's almost TGIF here. Have a great one!

Agoi t-bone steak is my DH favorite madam sis.. usually he likes it to be broiled because it is close to impossible we can grill here in our apartment ground. I just don't like it because we live in upper part, so broil is the choice, the better. heheh.. love the corn too madam sis.. and I haven't tried using a broiled mix, I just use something mine.. will try this next time.. thanks for sharing.. muahhh!

I agree. Last Thursday, we had Steak day. Steak Diane for lunch, Steak with brown sauce & potato wedges naman for dinner. Sobrang affordable compared to what you can order from steak joints here in the PH. Plus, when you cook at home, it's with love pa. :)

Yum! :)

you are so correct about grilling at home, kung sa resto ka kakain ng steak, baka it worth $40 already.
