I seasoned the fish and fried it. I also added some sliced bell peppers. Here's how I cooked the potatoes: Wash and dice the potatoes (you don't need to peel them).
Put them into a turreen, add the oil, season them with salt, pepper and rosemary and mix everything.Put the potatoes onto a baking tray and put it into the oven.
Bake them for about an hour at 200°C; turn them over from time to time.
As soon as the potatoes are crispy and have a golden brown color, they're ready.

Hi! Dhemz...I have never eaten "pan fried tilapia with baked potatoes" before, but the recipe sound simple and the dish itself looks as if it will taste good too!
