chinese food is known to be oily but usually they use vegetable oil so it's quite healthy. i think it's okay to dig in from time to time. i'm a big fan of shrimp too!

woizzt.. oo gasigaw-sigaw jud sya.. dli lang ang plate kun dili mora'g tanan.. nyahaha! Woizzt agi ko dre.. pastilan I have a lot to do on my blog bya^ pero busy akong offline world og once nga mag-atubang ko sa pc gus2 lang nko ma-relax, magchika2x or mag-rant.. lol! Hahay buhay.. if only I have a house help, blogging time (which I so love to do) would not be a problem no more. And now, FTF no more yet though I have stuffs to FTF.. whew! Hope to be back more.. much more na ni next month ky byahe ang drama.. errr.. :-D

Sis lamian ko'g chinese buffet jud.. Akong paspasan ang crabs... Daghan man boiled crabs dris among chinese buffet... Sus! mag-request lagi dayon ko'g suka para dudo-an... hmmmm.... kalami.. nyahahaha
