Seafood Diablo

I had my first experience dining at a fine Japanese restaurant last Christmas Eve. Hubby took me to dinner to Benihana Restaurant as a celebration of our 6 years of marriage. The food was quiet expensive $$$. I don't think if I'll come back there again. I was entertained though.
My food was bland and even hubby's hibachi lemon chicken.  I'd rather order at a chinese restaurant that charges $10 less per meal.
Here's how the Benihana chef cooked our food.
