Choosing the Right Cut

What is your favorite cut of meat? And how do you like it done! I love most meat. I want well done and untrimmed fat. Trimming the fat from steaks before cooking causes the meat to be dry and chewy. The fat keeps it moist. I trim it as I eat it.

Suggestions for the grill: rib-eye steak, to loin steak, porterhouse/t-bone steak, top sirloin steak, tenderloin, flat iron steak, top blade steak, kabobs, and ground patties.

Additional good choices are flank steak, shoulder and skirt, but each will benefit from a tenderizing marinade.

Hi! Dhemz...
Thanks, for all the information about how to cook and prepare meat...I'am not a cook, but I like to bake!
Therefore, when I do eat meat it's either ground patties or rib-eye steak.
Therefore, this info(rmation) will come in handy...Whenever, someone prepare meat for me to eat!
Thanks, for sharing!
