Easter Egg Coloring

Easter eggs are special eggs that are often given to celebrate Easter or springtime. The egg is a symbol of the rebirth of the Earth in celebrations of spring and was adopted by early Christians as a symbol of the resurrection of Jesus.

Growing up, I don't remember coloring eggs or hunting for eggs/candy during easter. Tradition like this is not common in the Philippines. I like how we celebrate Easter when I was a kid. In the Philippines, Easter is traditionally observed by families by attending Sunday morning service.
