Dried Fish

The second time we went fishing weeks ago, I caught 6 fish! Ayay, not bad right?!
I decided to dry them. I have no idea how to dry fish. So I asked my grandma if she knows how to do it. She taught me all the process through skype.
It took 3 days to dried them. I was excited to fry them and forgot to take pictures of the dried fish. ...lol!

You're a very skillful fisher, hehehe. You always catch something every time you fish. The fish looks like our native tilapia. How do they taste? It's funny that you do not know how to dry fishes. It's cut at the back just like we do bangus. Then we clean the guts and everything before putting salt to the fish. Then we dry them in an elevated place where there is plenty of sunshine. Just make sure there are no cats in the vicinity who loves fishes, hehehe. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.
