I made myself a curry mussels a few days ago. This is not the first time I made this kind of dish. I love mussels a lot. I like cooked mussels because the texture is buttery instead of chewy and they are sweeter than oysters. I got the recipe from this
website with a little bit of my version. I added mine with mushrooms and scallions.
