Grilled Riblets

Do you know that in Texas, barbecue season starts on January 1st and runs through December 31st? Yep, it's true! People love to barbecue here almost everyday...lol! You can actually find all the needed supplies year round.
When I went shopping last week at a local grocery store, I bought a few packs of seasoned BBQ meat (chicken, pork, and beef).
So yesterday, I decided to grilled some pork riblets for dinner. Oh, boy! T'was super delicious.
