Kare-Kare

Have you ever had this kind of dish before? Kare-kare is a traditional Filipino ox tail stew in a peanut-based sauce with a variety of vegetables, stewed oxtail, beef, and occasionally offal or tripe.
I made kare kare for dinner the other day. Thanks to Mama Sita's for the seasoning and instructions. Hubby and daughter  are not fond of this dish...lol!

Wow, kare kare is my favorite. I love it although it is bad for my hypertension. Maybe your hubby and Akesha do not like kare kare because of the accompanying bagoong in it, hehehe. Thanks for the post. God bless you all always.

Inggit ako... bakit yung kare kare mo using Mama Sita ang ganda, yung sa amin dati bagsak sa presentation. Hehehe.

I love kare kare, but I prefer the beef chunks or pork pata as its meat.

Hopping from Food Trip Friday.
