Mango Float

I think this is the first mango float I've made since I got married. Hmmm, I guess almost 8 years ago since the last time I made! Sweet yellow mango is really hard to find here in the US. Glad our local grocery store sells sweet mangoes from Mexico.
Since I bought a bunch of mangoes, I decided to make one of my favorite and easy desserts called Mango Float.
Ingredients:
5 ripe mangoes
1 box of Graham Crackers
10 pieces of Oreo cookies, crumbles
1 can Nestle Cream
1 can condensed milk

Instruction:
Prepare a square or rectangular dish pan. Slice mangoes thinly. Then combine condensed milk, nestle cream and mangoes. Put layers of graham crackers followed by the mangoes, cream and milk mixture. Repeat the layers of graham crackers and filling until you’ve used it all. Top the final layer with oreo cookie crumbles. Chill it overnight!

So that is an crumbled oreo cookies on top? Man! I miss mango float so much. It is sure hard to find the sweet yellow mangoes around here, that is why I have not made some. I want to make it this year though. Hope to find some. Yummy!

Wow Dhemz your mango float has a twist, with Oreo. I can never get a good consistency with mango float and we do not have good mangoes here too. ^_^

Mangoes are one of the things I really wish I liked. But, they are also one of the few things I really hate. I can't even swallow a bite I hate them so much. But, they look so very pretty. I can eat mango sorbet though..probably because it's full of sugar.
