Hmmm... mao diay na sekreto sa imong kaanyag, Dhemz? I have heard of this taud-taod na, pero wa jud ko naka-try. Tapols kaayo si ako mo-take ug supplement. Karon ra napugos with the pregnancy. :D

I heard about Spirulina too tong naa pa ko sa Pinas Mommy Dhemz, pero wala ko katry ani. As in tapulan sab ko moinom ug supplement oi. I think I need it kay tiguls na hehehe

karon pa ko kadungog ani... ni-rhyme man gud pud sya sa bahalina... hahaha... bitaw, ako dili ko tapols mo-take og supplement, sa una, i religiously take Vitamin E, kanang kirkland bitaw na brand, nya wala namay tig supply nako oi..so wala na pud ko ka-inom... mahal man ni oi.. hahahaha... pero if it's good for the body, then bahala na ang price... bpc hop..late lang mami... here's mine:
