Homemade Pina Colada

Pina colada is one of my fave summer drinks. So tasty and refreshing! This kind of drink is very simple and easy to make.
I made some during my birthday celebration. Daughter's glass don't have rum on it.
1 cup of ice
1 1/2 oz light rum (optional)
2 oz cream of coconut
2 oz pineapple juice
pineapple chunks (for garnish)
cherries (for garnish)

Pour rum, cream of coconut and pineapple juice into a blender with one cup of crushed ice. Blend until smooth, and pour into a glass. Garnish with pineapple chunks and a piece of cherry.
