Baked Bangus/Milk Fish

How about baked milk fish for dinner?
Ingredients: 1 bangus, onions, garlic, bell pepper, ginger, rosemary and salt.
Procedure:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F/180ÂșC
-Stuff the body cavity of the fish with all the ingredients.
- Wrap with aluminum foil. Place in a baking pan.
- Bake the fish in the oven for 1 hour and 30 minutes

hala! 'eto ulam namen ngaun.. kakalabas ko lang ng 2 bangus from the freezer.. kaibahan lang, i put tomatoes, onions, salt, and black pepper as palaman.. ^^

Hmmm... sounds like a yummy supper! I miss bangus na wala naman ko ka palit ug bangus da.. :) Ganahan akoa bana ug bangus pero kadtong boneless na and marinated kay wala nay bukog na makadugay kuno ug kaon inig pamunit sa bukog.. hahaha.. thanks for sharing mommy Dhemz!

I can use this recipe dhemz if mag-adto mes filipino store. Daghan kaayo ilang bangus didto. I have tasted this one long time ago, way back in the phil. The difference was that my aunt grilled it...It's so delicious...

That is one sumptious dinner tsang. I missed bangus, kananng gi marinated bitaw hmm lami i kinamut dayon tuslo tuyo ug kamatis. hmmm

Hi Dhemz! Ubos na ang bangus. Haha. Isang kainan lang ni hubby yon. He likes it so much. He calls it "bang-hus" with an H.

sarap tlga ng bangus! mukhang masarap itong recipe mo. haayyyy ilang tulog na lng darating na mga tsikiting ko magdadala ng bonuan bangus, marinated boneless at fresh.
