Pitsi-Pitsi
Here's another Filipino dessert I purchased a couple of weeks ago at Seafood City. I had this yesterday for merienda. Merienda is taken from the Spanish and is a light meal or snack especially in the afternoon, similar to the concept of afternoon tea.
Filipinos have a number of options to take with their traditional kape (coffee), and one of those is pitsi-pitsi. Have you ever had this before? Pitsi-pitsi is a mixture of cassava, sugar, water and grated coconut.
