Whow, what a fast advice. I think it's a great form of exercise to de-clutter in 15 minutes. Will try it.

waaaaaaaa....lami buhaton kung effective ba...pero pag muandar ang tapols..maski 30 mins. pa kay way mahimo...mag hinoktuk noon kung unsaon ug linis ang kalat waaaaaaaa...
