- Floss at least once per day. Flossing can extend your life and remove harmful bacteria that causes bad breath. New studies report people who floss live at least 5 years longer than non-flossers.
- Brush your teeth and your tongue at least twice a day. If you are bothered by constant bad breath or halitosis brush more frequently. Persistent bad breath can also be the sign of a health problem so visit your doctor if you suffer from chronic bad breath.
- Visit your dentist for a yearly cleaning. Dental cleanings can be done once a year or more often. Sometimes a deep cleaning can remove the plaque and bacteria that everyday brushing and flossing can miss. Your dentist can also determine if your bad breath is a symptom of gingivitis or gum disease.
- Drink plenty of water. Dehydration can often cause bad breath so stay hydrated and keep your mouth lubricated by sipping on water throughout the day. Easily cure bad breath by drinking at least 8 glasses of water each day.

hope this helps you. I had awful bad breath and tonsil stones. Thank god my only friend told me to check Oraltech Labs advice as it got rid of her bad breath and her post nasal drip. I've been following Oraltech Labs advice for about 4 months now and I feel much better, also at work people are not avoiding me anymore so it seems to have cured my bad breath as well, so good luck. Great info, Dhemz!
Very informative and doable ang mga suggestions mo to avoid bad breath. Bihira ngang pumunta sa dentista ang mga Pinoy dito sa Pinas pwera lang kung masakit na ang ngipin nila, lol. Thanks for the informative post. God bless you all always.
Knock, knock hehehe
