Peppered Tuna Steaks

2 boneless, skinless, thick tuna steaks
1 tbsp fresh ground pepper
2 Tbsp oil
lemon slices

Cooking Instructions:
Generously coat all sides of the salted tuna with the pepper. Sear very quickly in hot pan in the oil, 30 seconds on each side is good. Chill. Once the tuna is cold, slice it very thinly and arrange on a plate in a fanning pattern. Garnish with lemon. Seal securely with plastic wrap until time to serve.
