This cookie is really good! It's sweet and melts in your mouth. The cashews are the perfect compliment to the nougat and the nuts' hint of saltiness makes the sweet cookies even more delectable.

Hubby and I love cashew nuts. They're my favorite next to almonds and pistachios. The cookies look delish pero parang wala nyan dito. Hihi.
