Stay Safe

Doctors and other health practitioners would advise patients that they proper consultation must be conducted first before trying out a new medication. Self-medication is not advisable especially if you are not sure about your current medical condition. Not all types of illnesses have symptoms that can be easily recognized. Some people have illnesses that they may not be aware of. It can be very dangerous if you take medications that are not prescribed by your doctor.

As consumers it is our responsibility to make sure that we do not patronize or consume products that can be harmful to our bodies. When it comes to medications, we should make sure that we know which are considered as harmful or unsafe drugs. Blood clots and other serious complications can be brought about by taking birth control medications that are not prescribed by your own doctor. Arm yourself with the proper knowledge that will allow you to decide whether or not you can take certain contraceptives or not. Consult your doctors first to determine whether or not you have any medical conditions that may cause further complications if you take a particular contraceptive. Be as conscientious as you can when it comes to your health because being careless may cause unexpected and bigger problems in the future.
