Product Review | The Pure Pantry

Baking is one of my favorite pastimes. There's nothing more I love than experimenting in the kitchen. I'm more in to baking desserts like cakes, cookies, cupcakes, and brownies.
When I found out about thepurepantry gluten free products, I know I have to give them a try. I'm glad The Pure Pantry was very kind enough to send me some product samples to try out. The Pure Pantry offers a variety of mixes for gluten-free cookies, cakes, and pancakes, and even an all-purpose mix for creating other baked goods such as biscuits, muffins, and breads made with only the 100% natural and certified organic.
I received a pack of Buckwheat Flax, Old Fashioned Pancake and Baking Mix, Old Fashioned, Organic Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix, Organic Sugar, and Wholegrain Oatmeal.
So last weekend, my daughter and I did some baking activity using The Pure Pantry Old Fashioned Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix. We were so excited to try the finish product. Oh, boy! I'm surprisingly impressed with the results. They are so delicious and gooey. No one will ever guess they are gluten free.

I like the fact that these products are very healthy, and the food doesn't taste like the gluten-free products at all! I highly recommend this product to everyone.

Health benefits:
  • Gluten free, dairy free, casein free, soy free and nut free
  • Free of refined sugar
  • Free of preservatives
  • Free of GMO's

Honestly I do not know how to bake. The reason why I am not interested to learn this art of cooking is that I am the kind of person who does not crave for sweats and pastries. I don't eat between meals.. Unique? I am just born this way...

It is sure a great activity to be involved as a family, mother and daughter or mother and kids bonding time. Ah when talking about gluten-free and organic products I'm such a sucker in them because of my kids allergenic reactions. So always best to opt for naturally made flours, baking stuff and etc. Good that you get these for free:)
