I harvested a bunch of sweet potato vines from my garden a few days ago. It was really exciting because it was my first sweet potato vine harvest!...lol!
After boiling the leaves, I made a camote tops salad using the fermented fish sauce. I also added some fresh green tomatoes and scallions. It was really really good!
