I'm on the diet too, and sometimes disciplining can make me hungry, I think this bar will boost my energy while on diet

exactly the kind of food that i need. instead of those creamy and fatty dishes that i cook here that's making me widen my waist :)
energy bars does the trick to me after a long run. Replaces all the energy that I need.
my problem with energy bars is that i get to like the taste and then i don't want to stop eating anymore.. :D
