An Indian friend sent me some goodies last week. It's called Indian spice cookies. I've never had this kind of dessert before. It's really soft and chewy. I found out that this cookie is based on the complex flavors of Garam Masala, an Indian spice blend used in many dishes. This has a complex flavor profile dominated by cinnamon and ginger. It's tastes really good!
