Laing (with Pork and Shrimp)

Last summer, I planted some taros in my backyard. Boy, they grow really fast! I got too excited and attempted to make some Laing out of the taro leaves and stalks. 
It is advised not to use fresh taro leaves because it lead to itchiness in the throat but I cooked them anyway. It wasn't itchy as I thought. 
It was not the best looking dish in the world, but it tastes fairly good! Yummy!
