I sometimes get lazy when making chocolate chip cookie in batches. So sometimes I bake them like a pie. It's quicker than baking regular cookies.
Just place the cookie dough in a cake/pie pan and bake!
Slice it up with a knife or pizza cutter, and viola!
I normally serve it with a scoop of ice cream and strawberry on the side.
