Creole Inspired

Who does not love jambalaya? I've always been a fan of jambalaya rice ever since I was introduced to creole cuisine. Have you ever tried jambalaya before?
When we went to New Orleans a few weeks ago, I got the chance to taste the authentic creole food. Boy, it was really a sumptuous experience. To satisfy my cravings, I decided to cook some jambalaya rice for dinner and paired it with pickled okra that I brought from NOLA. It was so yummy! Yay, creole food cravings satisfied!
