- In a saucepan, combine 2 1/4 cups cool water, contents of Tony Chacere's Creole Jambalaya package and 1/2 lb. seafood, chopped sausage, ham or precooked chicken.
- Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
