Lin Yueng Bau is made of Sweet Lotus Seed Paste in a wheat flour bun and steamed.
Shrimp Sui Mai is made of Wheat flour skin filled with shrimp stuffing and steamed.
Aside from dim sum, we also ordered some sweet and sour chicken and combination lo mien. Sweet and sour chicken is lightly battered and deep fried with pineapples, onions and bell peppers in a sweet and sour sauce.
We had a great experience at Golden Wok. The food is delicious and worth the money!
