i've always love non-sticky pans glad that an inventor have thought about this makes everyone more comfortable in cooking greasy foods with no sweat.
it's great to enjoy the benefits of non-stick pan without the fear of those harmful emissions that go with old style non-stick

I've been seeing lots of good reviews for Ozeri Ceramic Pan. I like that it utilizes Greblon and that it's scratch-free.

A 12 inch pan is a workhorse in the kitchen. Perfect size so to speak.
I have yet to investigate about the new generation non stick pans. I dumped all my non sticks more than 10 years ago and switched to All Clad stainless. I have to admit though, I miss the convenience of easier clean up :-)
